Con Artists

I signed up with Miway insurance on 9 March 2016 with Ashley from the Sales Department. She promised me a premium of R864, which is the reason why I signed up with her. She also advised that the joining fee will be waivered from the pro rata and the monthly premium amount, hence the amount of R864. When i received the copy of the policy an amount of R1052 was reflected. I have been querying this amount from the 9th and I have received no feedback. I spoke to Magdalene who advised that she will listen to the recorded conversation and get back to me. I still have received no feedback and my account has been debited for R1052. When Miway wanted my business they called me continuously until I signed up. Now when I have a query then nobody wants to assist. I want the relevant personnel to listen to the recordings between myself and Ashley and I want a reimbur*****t. Miway is a con artist of a company and I wouldn't advise anybody else to join as they will rip you off.
