Compliments to Suzan Baloyi

I was involved in an accident where I was rear ended by a client insured by Miway, although the merits were pretty clear cut I experienced some difficulties with the release.

After continuous follow ups, I eventually became fami**** with the Legal Advisors by name, Gloria, Melanie, Madelaine, each voice more friendlier than the next but the most impactful has to be Suzan Baloyi, There were times I was upset with the lead times not being followed and lengthy waitings but Susans words were truly the ones I could count on, she ensured time and time again that her words were true and followed through on commitments.

My gratitude to Suzan Baloyi and team for their assistance in a time I needed help the most, not to Keneilwe Adams tho, please investigate as majority of my problems only began by receiving a response around two days later on email, never being able to reach her by telephone and poor etiquette when dealing with her, its just a nightmare. If you can fix that part, there wouldn't even be a need to escalate for other customers moving forward.
