I had a claim to Miway for my home content my TV broke and I phone in for inquiries reason I was notsure if am insured only to find out that yes iam insured. the guy Sabelo Xaba adviced iam insured and he will process the claim for me which he did and sent the accessor to come in check the TV at home but after that he phoned me that he will replace the TV I didn't get enough information because after one call with Sabelo I couldn't get hold of him anymore but I spoke to the lady by the name of Mashudu Mthobeni wow what an excellent service I received from her she made me understand gave me more options if I can't afford the access fee I have an option of voucher and etc believe Mashudu I rate her 100 percent and I took her advice am happy reason I have enough TV to look for the TV my heart desire. thanks for the good service
