Compliments for Ronald

Thank you so much to Ronald who assisted me this morning to register the claim for curtecy car. The guy was very compassionate towards what happened and wanting to know about my wellbeing and of my son. Ronald keep up the good work, however I would like to urge Miway to review their process and the questions. They are too long. When you are involved in an accident your mind gets affected. Can the questions be rephrased. They are traumatising and very lengthy. They are time consuming and draining.
