I just want to say thumbs-up to Christiaan Potgieter for the excellent customer service I have received this morning. I was ready to cancel my vehicle policy with MiWay after I have been with them for a year now. The call went through to the call centre where I had to speak to Christiaan, he convinced me not to cancel my policy and he gave an ear to listen to my query. He made me feel as an important and valuable customer at MiWay. We did discuss my premiums of which he managed to give me a better rate. All this was done with respect and patience. Thumbs up to him.....
