Shout out to Tebogo Pipjeng, the guy was so friendly and patient in explaining my policy to me. He informed me from the beginning that his mission was to put a smile on my face and indeed at the end of the call i had a huge smile. Thank you Mr Pipjeng and Thank you Miway.
