COMPLIMENTS
I would like to compliment a very good service I was given by Ntokozo Mdunge today, it was time to get a new contract with Miway. The then new contract made me angry and frustrated in such a way I wanted to change an insurance, when she called me today even though I was angry, frustrated, hurt and disappointed she was very professional, energetic, knowledgeable and friendly. She answered all my questions and explained to me that Miway is the insurance company to be with or be insured with. I would like to ask the management and all seniors at miway that please look after her, she is an asset to your company. Ntokozo, please keep up the good work and all the best, your service is out of this world.
