Compliment to Nadeen Maart

I would like to send a compliment to MiWay Insurance particularly the lady by the name of NADEEN MAART from their motor claims department.

Wow...where do I start? MiWay insurance has a consultant whose on top of her game. The lady knows what she is doing over there. I not only complimenting her for the speedy service but her interaction with me as your clients, She is just amazing, her way of doing things is just on point. This lady (1) listens, (2) she follows up, (3 )she never fails with updates, (3)if she says I will call you back after two days it's always before the set day or date. She just too good. I was even under the impression that I am her only client of which is impossible. I noticed that it is always impossible to call MiWay and get to speak to someone but not with her, she is a SUPERWOMAN

At the moment I am very ****ed off with your all-Risk department and had started looking for alternative quotations so I can move my business elsewhere but because of this LADY, I realized that the problem is with the consultant dealing with my all-risk claim, not the company and at the moment I do not want to talk about it cause it will spoil the message I want to send across.

In short, She is a star and I am very impressed with her service from start to finish, keep it up, Ms. Maart. A true ambassador and deserves a manager role to help train upcoming consultants. Imagine MiWay with thousand Nadeen's... Wow, it's all I can say!
