Compliment to Gloria Mngomezulu

I contacted Miway via app to request discount on my premiums. I subsequently received a call from a consultant to discuss how Miway can assist . It so happened the consultant , Gloria Mngomezulu contacted me on the day I was not feeling well and I came from the dr , so one can guess - not really in the mood, nor energy to discuss policy. Gloria was so intuitive, she picked up I was not well and instead of just discussing policy , she heard my request , agreed to see what she can do & then one would expect a typical consultant would robotically respond then leave , this was unlike Gloria though , she was patient , kind and listened to me and my situation. She responded with such empathy and it was as if her empathy was a God sent angel I was in a real low and Gloria managed to speak words of encouragement and wishes of good health to me. It was as if I was having a conversation with a close person over a cup of tea- not a consultant from a company who I'm asking to review and reduce my premiums. Gloria made a commitment to contact me at a time better suited to me and honoured this commitment time and successfully managed to reduce my premiums too. What a sign of relief of course ! I only get great service from Miway for many years now but I really want to commend Gloria Mngomuzula for being an outstanding, shining example of being a human being not just an employee . The service environment is not an easy one , but with people like Gloria, who listen and show empathy , Miway you can't go wrong . You will always be on the winning side. Big ups to Gloria. !!!
