Compliment on unparalleled professionalism

I first dealt with this gentleman 2 years ago. I should have complimented him then. I dealt with him again today and his high level of professionalism is still consistent from that which I experienced 2 years ago. He does not interrupt when you are speaking to him so that he can get all the information he needs to provide the great service that he always provides. Even when you disrupt him while he is speaking, he allows you to go ahead and make your point. If he says that he will call back at a specific time, he keeps his word. He goes out of his way to meet the customer's needs, within the boundaries provided by MyWay but still making the customer feel like their unique situation will be addressed via unique means and not the one package fits all approach. I personally spend a lot of time speaking with other insurance providers to see if his service can be matched and I have not found a service which matches or beats his. For this reason, if ever I need personal, household or business insurance, I will not deal with any other company that he is not affiliated with him. The value I get from MyWay is definitely increased by the value of dealing with him. Thank you.
