I spoke to Nokuthula Ntshembeni regarding the increase of my priemum, and explained to her my concern, she insured me that they will definitely won't want to loose me as a valued client and she will see what she can do and also speak to her Manager. She managed to decrease a few things and ultimately also reduce my priemum. I am very happy with the company and how Nokuthula Ntshembeni went personally beyond the call of duty to ensure that I as the client an kept happy and that they don't loose my Buisness.
