I submitted a call back request via the website to update my personal information. I was called back by Gloria Mngomezulu and she gave me such great service. She was extremely patient, explained everything to me in detail and further called me back when the call cut off. I'm highlighting this because often times, consultants don;t call customers back. She was extremely thorough and very friendly throughout our conversation. She further advised me to keep safe during the Covid 19 pendamic which was a pleasant surprise as this is not part of her job. I have been struggling for over 4 weeks to have my request finalised and she managed to do it on one call. Thank you Gloria for giving me service worth talking about!
