Compliment for Thabiso Letsoela

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I recently updated my information and my premium was increased as a result. I called in last week but was not assisted, Thabiso Letsoela then called me back to go through my complaint and resolve it. Not only did he go through my policy to ensure that all information was updated correctly, but after the updates when I was still not happy with my premium he engaged with his manager to ensure that I obtained a lower premium than the one I had before I took up the policy. </p> <p> </p> <p>Throughout our engagement he was helpful, very polite and friendly, and he ensured that he gave me feedback promptly.
