on the 29th January @ 15:49, consultant Zandile Gumede on the MiWay chat platform offered an exceptional service on my insurance policy update and event went as far as getting me a discount on my premium which was amazing. Professional and easy to chat to. customer service is something that seems to be lacking more and more in most companies which is such a shame as this creates a lasting impression. Thank you Zandile!
