Compliment for Ntokozo Mdunge

I called Miway this morning wanting to cancel my policy because another insurance company had offered me what I thought was a better deal. I was transferred to Ntokozo Mdunge who tried retaining me as a client, but I had already made up my mind and wanted nothing to do with Miway. She insisted on retaining me but I got so upset with her and started being rude towards her however, regardless of the manner in which I spoke to her she remained very calm & professional she didn't retaliate needless to say that she ended up retaining me. I felt SO bad and apologized to her but she told me she understands my frustration and she ended up educating me with regards to the additional excess that I might have to pay should I leave Miway. We ended up speaking as if we've known each other for a long time. I am grateful to have spoken to someone of this calibre, a person with this level of maturity and she is exemplary to the entire client centred industry. I applaud Miway for training their staff to stand all the "HEAT" they come across. Well done Ntokozo for applying what you have learned to maximize my experience with you, I will never forget this encounter. Nqobile.
