An improvement is needed from the tow truck Company. The number I was given was not drivers number, the number plate on the SMS was not the same as the truck that arrived hence the Driver passed me wen I call to stop the truck it was not the driver but someone who still need to call the driver, that whole process made me Waite for 2 & half hour for a truck that was 30 minutes away from my breakdown. I have sent my location but the driver kept calling asking where I am which is why he got lost cz I also suspect little knowledge on smartphones.

Myway pls also make us rate tow truck companies since they render services for ur clients.
