I just received a call from Miway after the request was made to call me back back. I spoke to a lady Kelebogile Mpoko who was very helpful and professional. She told me about a few products I could perhaps consider which I did not have. She then transferred me to a senior consultant Mpho Rabele who was also very helpful. Infact I could not even tell they were working from home. I only established during the conversation. He helped to lower my premiums since my car is not used for travelling to work anymore. He also helped me to take up further covers for Gap Cover and Home Contents. Very helpful and answered all my questions. Well done guys, your service was excellent. Infact I never have a problem when dealing with my way for the past close to 10years now. Its been a good relationship
