being a first time driver I got stuck in the rain alone I didn't know what to do I called my insurance and I was assisted by a Mr Schalon Roberts, who assisted me with a cool calm and a really very charming voice, I didn't even need to tow my car he knew exactly what to do and how to do it. He even followed up with me to find out if I was safe at home. Thank you Schalon Roberts for the amazing service. U were truly an angel sent from above.
