I called MiWay yesterday in order to query the increase in my car insurance premium. Phemelo Khunou added a personal touch by being ever so kind and patient. He not only gave me what I want, but reduced the premium a little more than expected. He really is a star and a picture of what good quality client care is. Keep it up Phemelo :)
