I have just had the most pleasant experience with MiWay. As most SA people are looking at cost of living and seeing where they can cut coats i decided to phone MiWay and see what we can do with my car insurance. I spoke to a call centre agent who referred me to a senior consultant Tebohgo. He was very friendly, thorough and knowledgeable of his product offering. A rare quality today! Thank you. I will phone again on my anniversary for final changes. I just hope if i ever claim i have the same ezperience.
