I would like to compliment Nobantu on the excellent service provided during my contact with the Miway Call Center in regards to an emergency situation.
Her professionalism and ability to full understand the customers issue is truly rare.
The wiliness of Nobantu to resolve/assist with my issue during a difficult situation from start to end was definitely something to be complimented on.
With staff like Nobantu, Miway truly has the ability to take care of their customer needs.
