The lady was professional spoke clearer didn't use the insurance jargon and kept on asking if I understood everything that she was saying to me regarding my policy lastly she asked to place my call on hold and gave a reason why within few seconds attended my call once again and conformed that everything was updated on her system and she has received what she asked to me email it to her, that what I call good client service she deserves a big HIGH 5
