Compliant to MIWAY and FLEET VIP SOLUTIONS

I forwarded a claim to MIWAY on the 12 December 2021 , Miway was quick to respond to me but they do not do a follow up on my claim with their panel beater FLEET VIP SOLUTIONS, at first the panel beater took 2 weeks to send my assessment to MIWAY , I had to keep calling FLEET VIP SOLUTIONS and they promised they sent my assessment which was not true , I ended up going to the FLEET VIP SOLUTIONS offices that's when my assessments was emailed to MIWAY .On the 21/12/2021 I received an SMS saying my Claim was approved . I then called the panel beater and they said I should pay assess before they even touch the car which I did pay R25000.00 on the 12/01/2022. Since then I have been contacting them and I keep getting excuses that they are waiting for my car parts , neither MIWAY of FLEET VIP Solutions have ever updated me, I am the one who has to keep calling and calling and calling . I am really not happy with the kind of service I am receiving please help me as I use this car for both private and business, my job is now on the line.
