Completely Useless

<p>After having bought back a written off car, we EVENTUALLY recieved the release documents for the car. Upon arrival the car, which was driven perfectly 3 weeks prior to being assesed, was in absolute tatters. Parts are missing and nothing has been placed back on the car. This car is not drivable as stated by Mi-Way.<br />We have been promised a call back from management ( Spend most of the day in meetings apparently ) and have recieved nothing. Everytime we call the call centre we recieve "we have refered it as urgent". Urgent is attending to false claims by your company which is now costing money. We are being charged Storage fees not to mention a rental car as the owner of the car is not only a rep but is also 9 WEEKS PREGNANT. </p> <p>Completely disgusted at the treatment that we are recieving</p>
