The service I received after lodging a claim earlier today was excellent and impressive. I am still amazed at how quickly the claim was finalised without any hassles. I must thank Nadine Ngwenya (Mtimande) for making me feel like a valued client. Upon receipt of my claim, she contacted me and did everything to ensure that I met all the requirements which would enable her to process the claim. Throughout our discussions, she was professional, courteous and basically provided prompt and excellent service. Presuming this is the experience enjoyed by at least the majority of the customers who have been served by her, I recommend that she be promoted and paid accordingly. This is the view of a premium paying client i.e the real boss :)
