Mi way insurance i a total ****. when I took the insurance with them they said I must download an App and when I do a claim via the App I wil get a duscount of R1000.00 and I did a claim for my TV I didt get the discount they told me its not applicable on household contents. I put a claim for my vihicle still the same ting because they say it was not an accident it was an attempted theft. All these this yu get told when an incident happen.

Now I need ro take my car in to the panel neaters it is booked to be there on Friday they telling me they dont book Curtasy car on Thursdays and Fridays because the panel beaters wont be working on the car on a weekend. What the hell is that I mean what an inconvicience.

What isthe use of having a comprehemsive insurance then.
