Complaint/grief

My way has sent a plumber to our house that could not finish his work. The plumber promised to replace a pipe that was broken. But he never came. We have askedy way to provide us with his details but we have not had any response from miway The guy ran away with our money because he promised to fix our solar that was damaged in 2017. We paid him an amount of 4000 to buy solar and install it for us. He has not honored his word. Not even come to finish the work for miway. We are thinking of taking all our insurences from miway because of this. We trusted the guy because he was sent by the insurance. We want to take this man to court and we tracing him. We would appreciate if miway can only just give us his details.
