Complaint on Claim Delays

I'm complaining about ***. On the 28th of Oct I spoke to Mmabatho to find me an Assessment Centre where I can take my car for a Diagnosis Report without Success and she never returned to me. Last week on the 4th of Nov I spoke to Mzwakhe who also said he will get back to me but he didn't. Meanwhile I don't have a car because of your delays. I'm really getting Frustrated with this Level of POOR SERVICE. This Family is Spending Almost 60k Per Annum on Miway and we receiving really sub standard service. At this Point I'm Really considering Moving My Insurances elsewhere, where they Value their clients at Claim Time. Your Debit order are always on time, but when comes to claiming you just give really POOR SERVICE!
