Complaint - insurance

My car was in an accident on 04/09/2021 and according to Miway was to be towed to Maverick Panel beaters. The car did not reach Maverick and was towed to another yard. My car could not be found and I was given the run around of 4 different addresses. I eventually found the car by phoning the towing company Miway arranged.

Today 06/09/2021 - My claim according to Miway my car is considered uneconomical to repair yest it starts and was driven on to the flat bed truck. only the 2 doors fender were sc****d and my left back wheel damage beyond repair. that does not constitute the car undriveable.

You are going to sell my car to make a profit because I am sure Miway knows it is very repairable and could sell it very quickly. I want my car fixed and NOT written off. If you cannot fix it, give my car back and I will continue to pay the bank as normal and fix it myself. I refuse to be taken for a ride because it is easier for you to write off a car and recover costs then to fix my car.
