Complaint and compliment

I went on the miway website to process a quote online. I was interested to gather more information regarding the MiWheels Lite quote I have processed. I spoke to an an agent by the name of Shadrack Madlophe. This was the most condescending and ill mannered individual I have come across over the phone. My asking questions was an irritation to the man. There was a point where he asked me if "I couldn't read?"

This agent was obnoxious to say the least. I then asked to speak to his team leader and I spoke to a person by the name of Ashley Damons. What makes matters worse is that Shadrack gave me the wrong information anayways. This was confirmed by the team leader when he gave me the correct information. Even though MiWay was the most reasonable and comprehensive insurance quote I received, was adamant that I would rather pay extra elsewhere.

Luckily for me, I was transferred to a gentlemen by the name of Neo. Neo provided me with the relevant information and changed my perception about MiWay. He was efficient and also provided me with the correct information I needed to make an informed decision. If it were not for him, my business was going to a competitor. Well done to him on providing service his colleague couldn't.

The only reason why I am rating this a "one star' is so that management can do something about the one "rotten potato" that can potentially spoil the lot.

Well done to Neo and Ashley for turning a potentially catastrophic experience around.
