Complaint

i took a cellphone insurance in 2016 a samsung grand neo plus at a value of R3630 , And i submitted a claim 20/01/2020 and i was told that they will replace my phone with samsung A2 core at a value of R1300 of which im not happy with because its ven smaller that the phone i bought at 3630, what i do not understand and i was not told when i took the insurance that when i submit claim will not get a cell phone at the same value that im paying for, they would look for something similar and i dont know how it came to R1300. now its seems as if im not even given a choice of getting a cellphone that i want at least at the same value amount that i insured and paying for. it really doesn't make sense to me and im really not happy.
