Complaint

My mother Enid Gweba "s car claim was registered on the 3rd of May 16 about an incident that happened around the 30 th april16,her car was broken into and petrol pipe was cut off ,incident was registered by Charmaine Maabe who reports under Dudu Maliswa, the service provider for East London becasue that wher my mother resides came to take the vehicle around the 12 of May 16 ,and the authorisation was sent to the client(my mother and service provider) on the 26/05/2016,this claim is worth +-R4000-00 very minor ,there was no feedback from my way and service provider operating under ELEGANT SQUARE ,Wilsonia in East London ,My mother decided to call the service provider herself and find out what the delay is on her car and was told that they will only order the part by the end of the week (03/06/2016)(WHY WAS THE PART NOT BEING ORDERED ON THE DAY THEY RECEIVED AUTHORIZATION WHICH IS (26/05/2016)?decided to call myway myself on the 06/06/2016 because no one was giving any feedback to my mother who is a pensioner and this car being her ony means of transport ,was assisted by Xoliswa who was very helpful and told me that she had just spoken to the service provider and they have confirmed that they received the part on 06/06/2016 and the car will be ready for my mother on the 14/06/2016. I was not happy about this but I was willing to accept becasue at least I was being given a time frame ,Now the same service provider for Miway phones my mother and says to her that they are still waiting for the part and dont know when they will get it.I feel that miway does not do any research on the type of people they employ to service their clients ,2 .It not my mothers duty to be following up with Miways service providers ,my mother is client of miway and they should be dealing with these issues and taken care of the type on service providers they use ,there is no accountability what so ever as even the team leader of this lady that registered a claim more than a month ago is not even questiioning why a claim as small as R4000 IS STILL NOT CLOSED!!!This has casued my mother a lot of emotional distressas now she does not even trust what thisservice provider elected by Miway might have done to her car!!!
