Complaint !

I had my car insured with MiWay insurance. MiWay insurance decided to resolve the claim to writing off my car because my car had a small scratch on the bumper and a cracked headlight. The damage total was about R12 000 and the car was drivable and had no other issues besides those minor cosmetic issues due to a minor bump with another vehicle. The car is valued at R70 000. They deemed it uneconomical to repair. No one came to assess the damage and they based this outcome on just a picture I sent them. It is quite ridiculous as I received terrible service from them regarding this matter and would not recommend them!!
