Complaint

I would like to complain with regards to a claim I put through for my car. I was driving on a national road at night and road into a *** that was crossing,there was alot of them. And now I am having to pay an addiotional excess of R3000 because I did not have an accident involving another moving car. I find this to be a very poorly thought out policy as I am not costing the insurance any damages besides that of my car, no buildings or fences was.involved and yet I have to pay more. I have been requesting for a over a week to speak to a manger to explain in detail the the reason for them over charging me with excess and have not heard anything back. The only thing that was sent to me was an email saying " unfortunately I will have to pay the additional excess". I am not happy about this at all, and I have been a paying low risk client for over a year, I will definitely not refer any family or friends to take out insurance with my way if this additional excess can not be waved due to the the policy not stating anything about animals on the road only stationary vehicles.
