Complaint

Im writing on this platform as I usually do when I have a compliment for a company, but this time around I'm writing here because I'm not getting any joy or response from Miway. I emailed Miway to request for some documents on the 30th of March, and email was sent saying a consultant would get back to me. It's now 8 days later and I still have not heard any communication from Miway Insurance. I hope that my complaint on this platform will assist me in getting a response from Miway.
