complaint

Good day I've put in a claim for death with Miway life on the 27th July 2023 up to date I haven't receive payment nor communication from them. And this is the 2nd time they are delaying payments in January I've put in a claim for my late uncle they only paid me a day before the funeral, it took them more 10 days to process my claim, Miway is a ****, I have a life cover with them I'm worried that should I die, my beneficiaries wont get payment
