Complain miway third party - Euro Towing

On the 3rd of April 2019,car broke down,called miway for road assistance. Miway appointed ,Euro Tow truck to assist. Euro Tow truck bumped into my wife vehicle at the scene while towing and left scene without alerting the owner of the bumped car. I am sure he was not aware that it was my wifes car. Later contacted Euro Towing to report the incident. Initially they denied and i managed to foward them a video footage showing their truck bumping into my wife car. Euro Towing recieved footage and accepted responsibility and promised to fix the vehicle before easter holidays. To date the car is not fixed and now they want a police case no and also told that Themba (Euro Towing) driver is no longer working forthem. I have fowarded whatsapp messages and video to miway since they appointed Euro Towing to service their client. I am unable to get the case police case number since the case took place on the 3rd of April 2019. I am not getting any joy from miway and Euro Towing. I fowarded all communication between me and Euro Towing proving to miway that i really tried to be reasonable with Euro Towing. Euro Towing they are taking us for granted because they are bigger than us.Miway kindly assist us to resolve this matter with Euro Towing.
