COMPLAIN

I joined Miway for a car insurance which was R547 initially, they then increased my installment to R623 without prior communication, I let it slide and I had also joined for the tyre insurance which was R79 which then increased a couple of months later to R120 without prior communication again. I then sent an email requesting that they cancel the tyre insurance because I was just annoyed. A month later no response, I emailed again then they called me and spoke to a guy called Tshepo if my memory serves me well. I told him what happened and that I want to cancel, he tried to tell me something about going back to my initial payment of R79, as we were talking my phone got cut, network issues. We never spoke again or received an email. My assumption was it was canceled because that's what I asked for. They debited my account again and I reversed it and now I'm canceling everything with Miway I just cant continue, their service is appaling to say the least, I didn't a good experience with them.
