complain about a stole key
2013 or so i had a car accident and i was insure with miway. they sent a tour guy (road side assistance ) who to the car and the CAR KEYS a week they sent another guy at my house to come take the car papers and spare KEY., as they had wrote off the car. but i change my mind and i asked for the car back which was given back to me without a petrol cab and spare key. i call them and they acknowledge that they received two keys and they they dont know where they other key is. i was paid R100.00 for petrol lead by the mangers who was handling my query and he promised to get back to me for the key which was missing. till today. i kept call miway and they all acknowledge my query and advised to get back to me till today . i still want my spare key.
