I had an accident in May, paid access fee on 23May2023 and my car has been with them since then the only time I got feedback was when I started calling them which is also not promising because they always sending me. Messages that the are still waiting for parts. I'm. Also struggling to get to work can't get holt of the lady who assisted me Rito Maluleka. Kia Picanto HWP 854 ec
