Complain

<p>I called regarding policy ********** 1 to add fnb as a finance house, initially when we added the house it was not financed so we refinanced the house. the most irritating thing is that I called and Zandi did not do what i told her to do, i then called again i talked to Kingsley who up dated the info and told me the premium is 1508.00 i was not happy then he told me that the premium is 1484.71 but to my surprice the updated schedulle he sent shows R1508.00, and please note i even asked zandi to send a message to senior advisers to check if they are not able to look at my premium which was R1498.84 before i called to make changes, i dont understand why your consultants are deciving s and not hornest yet you as a company says we must be hornest please call me on my work number ********** 533 as on the cell phone( ********** 077)you wont be able to get hold of me due to lack of network coverage as i work in the ba*****t.</p>
