Complain

I've been struggling to do inspection for both my car's and MiWay already deducted from my account for 2months. The sales representative adviced me that before I do inspections on both my car's if something happens on both my car's like accident they won't pay or claim won't be successful. I tried to talk to Mi Way via watsapp with T Makaula but no luck and no call received from MiWay and keep on deducting, they even blocked or put a hold with my FNB bank. If my way didn't reverse or unblock the dispute for the last 2months that I was not covered with, I will cancel my insurance with them. My account with FNB will also be cancelled.
