Complain

I had an Accident far from home(6hrs), the vehicle was towed to a panel beater close to the scene, I did explain that the place is far and why is the vehicle not towed to a place closer but I was told that when they are done fixing they will arrange for the car to be towed and delivered to me. The panel beaters have been done since last week but even today I don’t have my car back. Yesterday I was told towing is expensive and I’m not sure how is that my problem again I was asked to give a quote for asking someone to drive me there, again they said my quote is high; I was asked if I can’t catch a taxi, really!!! Now I am still waiting to hear what will today stories be. It is even hard to get through to the responsible person, the lines are always engaged, you call the call centre and they send you back and forth, . Can I have my car back please!!!!!!
