Compassionate and friendly assistance
Yana helped me sort out an issue with my excess that had already been waived but the panelbeater wasn't aware of it. I was just having a bad day and she was kind enough to calm me down and sent me a lovely gift. I'll paying forward in kindness. Thank you so much!
