yesterday, the 03 May 2018 around 17h10, I was making my way to fetch my kids from their schools. At 17h30, the school gates and caretakers usually leave the school, so I was rushing. I had just received some bad news about my grandmother and i found myself responding to my sister on my phone. I got so destructed by the ladies in the other car as they started insulting me not realizing that i swayed my car to avoid another car that was sticking out from my left. As i turned the car, i was looking at this ladies and my car hit the pavement. I had no idea what just happened. i just found myself hysterically on the phone with Miway, a gentleman by the name of Patrick. As the people gathered around me to find out if i was okay, Patrick heard the whole story. My word.. his manners, his compassion and his sincerity, i was blown away. in a matter of +-3mins, he managed to calm me down. he said to me, since there are people around me, i should ask them to move my car to a safer area, he'll call me in 5mins to allow me to calm down. Patrick was extremely thoughtful and very calm. Apart from not being to open a claim, his caliber of dealing with the situation at hand was just grand and amazing. Patrick, thank you so so very much for your professionalism. you made me feel like i was speaking to my brother on the other line. thank you ever so much. Considering the fact that it was also my 9th year anniversary, and thank you for later checking up on me and my children since it was even late when i got to pick them up from school.
