Communnication/Customer care is HORRIBLE!!!!

Useless useless useless.!!!! I have recently changed my insurance to Miway to explore a cheaper option but little did i know that the customer care is ridiculous and does not show any care for the customer. I have only been with Mi way for a month now and in that month i have called multiple times to try and resolve my issues without success, Mi way operators cannot even provide me with reference numbers for my calls. They have tried to debit multiple times on none debit days causing charges to my account and i cannot even talk to the right people because this ***number is beyond useless when it comes to getting an operator to assist you...all he says is that the lines are full and that they will call me back....not once have i ever been called back by Mi way. Their call back system also does not wor****! I repeat it does not wor****! so the only option left is to cancel this useless policy.
