Communication has been good

Communication has been good. I don't like that everything is done on whatsapp scratch and dent claims should be made available on the MiWay App. There is alot of personal information being requested and with cyber security evolving I may not actually be talking to someone from Miway. The agents have their way of verifying if they are talking to me but there isn't way for the customer to verify that it is actually MiWay. However the agent Mamelang Kotlolo was very professional and responded quickly
