COMMERCIAL ROAD ASSISTANCE - BRADLEY MOLWELE

I must praise your employee, Bradley Molwele, for his excellent service he provided us with last yesterday afternoon. I called in seeking assistance to have my truck towed due to it breaking down in the middle of the road in Aeroton. I called Mi-way and before i could even speak to a consultant i got cut off then Bradley took it upon himself and gave me a call back and gladly assisted me with a manner that any client could wish for. He put himself in my shoes and gladly assisted me and a good thing is he could answer all questions that were asked regarding the situation that i was going through. Confirming and making sure that he was talking to the correct while at the same time trying to calm the client . A time frame and proper feedback was given with proper SLA measures in place. He requested to give me a call back he just needed to confirm and phone the dispatch to make sure when they will come out to have my truck towed and as promised he did give me a call back and advise the Turn around time for the towing truck to arrive. and as promised within 40 min the towing truck from First Road with the (Driver Muzi) with proper towing equipment had arrived and all was in order. My truck was towed efficiently to Isando where i requested to be towed to in Less than an Hour. He again called in to check if everything was in order and if the towing truck had arrived. i also advise him that everything is in order and i thanked him for his services.

If i was his superior or manager or CEO of Mi way i would be proud to have someone like Bradley work for Mi way as he pushes beyond boundaries and carry Mi way Values.

So it is true Mi way does let clients do things their way.
