commendable service , excellent work!!

<p>i called mi way on friday the 10th of June . spoke to Tshepiso , who was friendly, understood the product, listened to the reason for my call as i wanted to cancel , and he tried to assist , but when he realize that i was still not happy with the service . He explained the procedure when he was transfering the matter to his seniors whilst re assuring me, as he noted that i took the matter emotional.was transfered to ayanda who within 6 minutes of the call resolved the issue. i will recommend miway anyday , and am about to add 2 more cars as i really think and feel they do things the client way ,their goal is to ensure quality and satisfaction, not number of calls taken per day. WELL DONE TSHEPISOT!!!!</p>
