Commendable service

<p>Got on a call with Mi Way regarding updating my policy. The agent who answered the call was professional and he quickly transferred my call to his supervisor as the policy change was above his mandate. Upon speaking to the superior, Christiaan Potgieter, my request was processed and effected swiftly. Thank you to Christiaan and the other agent (whose name I have unfortunately forgotten).
